If you've received a product and are unhappy with it for any reason, you are free to return the item to us up to 14 days after the purchase date in the original, unopened and unused condition it was shipped in.

- Personal Care Products must be unused / sealed in their original packaging due to hygienic reasons.
- Refused or returned shipments are subject to a return shipment fee
- If a product is defective, it can only be exchanged for the same product in replacement
- If you change your mind about a product, you will be responsible for all shipping charges
- Unless the return is due to an error on our part, we are not responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you've received a defective or incorrect item in your shipment, please contact us via email at email@example.com our customer service representatives will authorize a return or replacement. You will not be charged shipping charges for any mistakes we make while preparing your shipment.
