We offer FREE shipping on orders within the USA. Your order will be processed and shipped from Southern California, USPS First class mail within (1-3) business day's (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving payment. Additional processing and shipping time may occur during peak Holiday shopping Thanksgiving through Christmas,
You will receive an email once your order has shipped along with the tracking information. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. Note: Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment!
NOTE: Shipment delivery timeline is determined by USPS and is not guaranteed and may take longer during peak Holiday shopping times. We are not responsible for, nor can we provide information on, delays or update delays based on USPS and other shipping carriers' delivery procedures. PRIORITY SHIPPING |
If you would like your order sooner, please select the Priority USPS (1 - 3) Business day option at checkout. A flat rate Priority shipping charge of $10 will apply. Please note that priority mail is expedited USPS shipping time, not expedited order processing time. Priority shipping means that your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped out on the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING |
We ship worldwide! Packages are shipped via USPS First Class International mail. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight at checkout. International orders may take 10 to 30 business days to be delivered. International orders may require additional VAT or custom import fees. Skully's Ctz beard oil is not responsible for these fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY |
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the address is incomplete, it is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or it has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the delivery carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.
A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-7 business days to process the refund.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the delivery carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
Since we offer free USPS First Class shipping within the United States, orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/return to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping charges would have been without the Free Shipping promotion. Shipping and return shipping charges will not be refunded in these instances and are the responsibility of the customer. Returned orders shipped under our "Free Shipping" promotion will have all shipping costs incurred by Skullysbeardoil.com deducted from any refund.
We go to great lengths to fill your order as accurately, and as quickly as possible. Once an order is shipped, the shipping charges are non-refundable, and go directly to the carrier delivering the package
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES |
Your local post office, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are NOT responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package or the status shows available for pickup by the post office.
We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse.
If your order is marked Delivered but you haven’t actually received the item, there are a few things you can do.
• Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.
• Check with other members of your household who may have brought in the mail.
• Check with your local mail carrier.
• Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number and your shipping address. Request GPS coordinates where the package was delivered. If USPS delivers to a wrong address or street, they should attempt to recover and redeliver the package. If the GPS coordinates show it was delivered to you, then you need to file a mail theft report with your local law enforcement.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY |
• Should any merchandise arrive damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery via email to sales@skullysbeardoil.com
• All damaged product claims require a digital image of the product in the original shipping packaging so we can determine a resolution.
We will contact you via email with a resolution within 2 business days.

APPAREL SHIPPING |
All Apparel is made to order and shipped directly to you from our fulfillment center. Please allow 2-7 business days to process your order. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the order's tracking info.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
During very warm weather, beard balms and beard & body butters may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes or on front porches. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products. The quality of our products and their benefits are not affected by melting
WHAT TO DO ABOUT MELTING
On sunny or warm days it is best to refrigerate BEFORE opening the jars or tins. If you open items, especially those in tins or jars, to check if melting has occurred, they may spill out and make a mess! While the look of the beard butter may arrive in a more liquid state, refrigerating the butter for approx. 15-20 minutes or leaving at room temperature will re solidify the melted butter. The quality and benefits of our products is not affected by melting.
